This is after the Teachers Service Commission upgraded their Document Management System (DMS) that has now accommodated the generation of lost documents.
This system after upgrade, can now be able to receive documents, process them and provide updates to users.
The system is computerized and provides a platform that is used by the TSC staff and Teachers in storing, tracking and managing files or documents.

The Documents Management System ( DMS) is part of the Enterprise Content management ( EMC) systems which is related to the digital asset management, workflow system, records management and document managing systems.
How To Apply
- Visit the TSC website and login using your Email or create an account through the teachers Service Commission portal.
- Click on upload and upload scanned documents of the ID/Passport, bank slips bearing the TSC number or mobile banking screenshot Message, marriage certificate, police abstract and letter of clearance for the expatriates from the ministry of Education vetting committee.
- Click on online service section and click on the drop down arrow, a page is displayed where you will fill in the required information. Ensure you have know your KRA Pin.
- A prompt for paying Shs. 2060 before the application is submitted.
TSC will notify the teacher via email once the certificate is ready for pick up.
TSC mentioned that this system will save the teachers time and money as compared to the manual system.
