Reasons why Education CS Wants to Change School Bus Designs
Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu is pushing for a major change in Kenya’s school transportation system: a complete overhaul of school bus design! But why? Let’s break down the reasons:
Safety First! Current school buses often use converted lorry chassis, raising safety concerns. These designs might not be as effective in protecting students in case of accidents compared to buses specifically built for children’s transportation.
