PSC Announces 50 Job Vacancies; How To Apply
The Independent Negotiation and Evaluation Committee has 50 job openings, according to the Public Service Commission.
The Commission invited anyone interested in applying for these posts relating to performance contracting in a statement issued on Tuesday, July 18.
The chosen candidates will serve for a maximum of three years on a part-time basis.
In addition, the PSC indicated that based on their satisfactory performance, members who successfully finish their term may be considered for reappointment.
The Commission’s website or jobs portal is where interested and qualified applicants are asked to submit their applications, according to the PSC.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an approved university, at least 10 years of professional experience in a subject related to their application, understanding of national development goals, and performance management expertise.

Candidates must also adhere to Chapter Six of the Constitution, which is dedicated to Leadership and Integrity.
The Commission described the duties of the Committee, which include negotiating performance agreements with government agencies, ensuring that performance targets and indicators are in line with the strategic plan, and confirming that performance targets line up with the performance indicators listed in the strategic plan.
The Committee will also be in charge of conducting mid-year performance assessments of public bodies and assessing their performance, as well as making sure that the indicators are citizen-focused.

The PSC made clear that giving false information in the application would automatically disqualify you, and that they would not accept any kind of canvassing.
The Commission further stated that all applications have to reach them by July 30 at 5 p.m.
The Commission strongly urged minorities, women, young people, people with disabilities, and other underrepresented groups to submit their applications.
