PSC Announces 341 Job Opportunities; How to Apply
341 job openings have been announced by the government through the Public Service Commission (PSC) across various ministries and state departments.
The deadline for qualified Kenyan citizens interested in these roles is June 19, 2023, according to a notice published on Tuesday.
According to the CEO of the Commission, those who are interested should submit an online application via the organization’s website or jobs portal.
While the State Department of Correctional Services is looking for 12 people to fill positions like Director, deputy director, and assistant director in the Probation and Aftercare department, the State Department of Internal Security and National Administration is looking to hire 117 assistant county commissioners.
The State Department for National Treasury and Economic Planning also intends to hire 155 people for a variety of positions.
Five candidates are being sought by the State Department of Transportation for the roles of Senior Aircraft Accident Investigator and Deputy Director of Aircraft Accident Investigations.
15 assistant directors and assistant directors of culture are needed by the State Department for Culture and Heritage at the Kenya National Archives and Documentary Services. In a similar vein, 13 people are being sought for director and assistant director roles by the State Department of Tourism.
While the State Department for Labour and Skills Development plans to hire four registrars and assistant registrars for other departments, the State Department for Wildlife is looking to hire at least 20 individuals.
Last but not least, one individual is needed for each of the positions of Director of Internal Trade and Secretary of Regional and Northern Corridor Development at the State Departments of Trade and ASALs (Arid and Semi-Arid Lands) and Regional Development.
