PSC Announces 341 Job Openings; Application Process
Through the Public Service Commission (PSC), the government has made 341 job opportunities across several ministries and state departments known.
According to a notification sent on Tuesday, the application deadline for qualified Kenyan residents interested in these positions is June 19, 2023.
Anyone interested should submit an online application using the organization’s website or jobs portal, according to the CEO of the Commission.
While the State Department of Internal Security and National Administration seeks to appoint 117 assistant county commissioners, the State Department of Correctional Services is seeking 12 candidates to fill positions such as director, deputy director, and assistant director in the department of probation and aftercare.
Additionally, 155 individuals are expected to be hired by the State Department for National Treasury and Economic Planning for a range of positions.

The State Department of Transportation is looking for five people to fill the positions of Senior Aircraft Accident Investigator and Deputy Director of Aircraft Accident Investigations.
At the Kenya National Archives and Documentary Services, the State Department for Culture and Heritage needs 15 assistant directors and assistant directors of culture. Similar to this, the State Department of Tourism is looking for 13 candidates for the positions of director and assistant director.
The State Department for Wildlife is aiming to hire at least 20 people, while the State Department for Labour and Skills Development aims to hire four registrars and assistant registrars for other departments.
Last but not least, the State Departments of Trade and ASALs (Arid and Semi-Arid Lands) and Regional Development each require one person to fill the positions of Director of Internal Trade and Secretary of Regional and Northern Corridor Development.
