MoE Gives Schools One Month to Effect Posta Charges
The Ministry of Education has directed all schools in the nation with unpaid postal box balances to make sure they are cleared using the budgeted funds.
Belio Kipsang, the principal secretary for education, stated in a circular sent to all county education directors that failure to pay for the post boxes is inappropriate and constitutes financial indiscipline. This was written by the director of secondary education, Paul Kibet.
This is to request that you all make sure that schools with unpaid obligations to the postal corporation pay them off right away and within a month, said Kibet.

According to Kibet, the mail Corporation alerted them to the fact that schools around the nation are still owing money for mail boxes.
The Ministry also cautioned schools from distributing the boxes right once, pointing out that each educational facility has its own allocation of resources.
People who share postal box numbers should make plans to apply for boxes during the same one-month window, he said.
