The loan given and disbursed to the university per semester for tuition [total Ksh8,000] is reduced by a standard amount of Ksh4,000 for Government sponsored students exclusively, and the remaining Ksh2,000 is remitted to the applicant’s bank account for maintenance.
The disbursed loan is reduced by the administrative fee, which is imposed on the loan issued and is equal to Ksh 500 annually.
